All of us at Tony William wish you a safe and happy Halloween. We are lucky to have a warmer Halloween this year so get out there early and get lots of candy. :-) Halloween is a great time for the kids, but take a few extra minutes to make sure they stay safe.  

Halloween Safety Tips

1. Put reflective tape on Halloween costumes so that your child can be seen by motorists from a distance. It only costs a few dollars at your local hardware store. Glow sticks can make a great addition to any Halloween costume and they can be found in most dollar stores.   
2. Make sure your children have unobstructed views in their costumes. Cut out bigger eye holes in masks to enable them to see cars more clearly. 
3. Don't let your children go out alone. With everyone wearing costumes, it's important to keep a close eye on your children everywhere they go. 
4. Don't use real candles in your own Halloween decorations. The risk of fire is too high with so many children around. 
5. Screen all the candy your children get. Most of the horror stories you've heard over the years are not true, but it doesn't hurt to be extra safe. 
6. Be careful when you are taking down your Halloween decorations. It's best if you don't have to get on your roof to protect your shingles and reduce the chances of an injury.
